Health measures in place at our campsites
Many of you are wondering about our opening conditions in 2021, in view of the uncertain health situation. You should know that the sanitary measures we apply in our Sud Est Vacances establishments are transmitted to us by the FNHPA (Fédération Nationale de l'Hôtellerie de Plein Air), in relation with the Government services.
The campsites can welcome the public, in compliance with the health charter.

Hydroalcoholic gel is available in all common areas.
At the reception desk
Quick arrival, to limit the time spent at the reception
Before your arrival: we favour the formalities of arrival, thanks to an online pre-registration. You will receive a pre-registration email 7 to 15 days before your arrival so that you can send us all the information relating to your stay (name, address, mobile phone, name, first name and date of birth of the guests, vehicle registration). If you do not receive this form, please contact us by telephone so that we can send it to you.
Most of our reception desks are equipped with hygienic screens (plexiglass or glass covers). If not, our receptionists wear visors or masks.
Only one member of the family (or group) will be allowed to enter the reception area to complete the arrival formalities. A maximum number of people allowed to be present at the reception simultaneously is displayed at the entrances. Vehicle stickers and wristbands are given to the person completing the formalities to limit contact. It is imperative that each holidaymaker puts on their wristband themselves.
Our Services
The shops
Restaurants / snack bars / pizzerias are open in compliance with sanitary regulations.
Some restaurants are only open during the high season (see opening hours on the services page of the campsite concerned).
In our shops (grocery shop, restaurant or mini-market), staff are equipped with visors or masks, signs indicate a different entrance and exit, as well as a limited number of people depending on the size of the shop.
Swimming pools
The outdoor swimming pools are open for leisure swimming, please check the "aquatic area" page of the property you are staying in, to check the opening date.
In our swimming pools, our standard hygiene measures will be maintained: compulsory passage for all holidaymakers in the chlorinated footbath, daily cleaning of the pool deck and pools.
Activities
The video game rooms (pinball, table football, etc.) will be temporarily closed in accordance with health regulations.
Summer activities, evening events and children's club
The entertainment will take place on the dates planned for each establishment, with adaptation of the social distancing.
The children's clubs will also be open, and we will adapt the reception to the requirements of the health charter. We favour outdoor reception and outdoor activities.
The open-air shows will take place as every year, with an emphasis on respect for social distancing.
Well-being
Les Cigales Wellness Center open
At the wellness center of Camping les Cigales, facilities such as: fitness room, and individual services (massages, treatments, beauty treatments) can be booked, with the wearing of a mask compulsory. The sauna, hammam and spa are temporarily closed (opening scheduled as soon as sanitary conditions allow).

Sauna and hammam are temporarily closed in all our establishments, in accordance with health directives. The fitness rooms at Les Palmiers and Vallée du paradis campsites are closed.
Beauty salon (La Vallée du Paradis campsite)
This establishment is open by appointment, for individual services (massages, treatments, beauty treatments).
